I had a hard time sleeping last night….wowzer’s I had a headache so badly. I know that happens to me when I am strict on food intake and exercise. I knew I ate plenty of calories and protein yesterday….therefore I just pushed through and did not give in and eat. I woke up this morning feeling okay for not sleeping very well. I am so HAPPY I made it through another day and night….by tomorrow I should be feeling really good. I am following a few blogs that are seeking health and fitness and trying to lose weight. They encourage me a lot. Just knowing that I am not alone on this journey GMH.
Breakfast: Smoothie=almond milk, pumpkin, blueberries, banana, spinach. 230 cal/2 protein. (I only had 1/2 cup almond milk today)
Snack: edamme bean salad made with 1/2 cup beans shelled, 1/2 avocado diced, diced red onion, cilantro, chopped jalapeno pepper, lime juice, 1 tsp. olive oil. Total cal 235/12protein
Lunch: ground turkey, red onion, jalapeno pepper, 1 serving polenta Total calories 250/23 protein

Snack: 1 oz smoked salmon 100cal/10 protein

I had another fantastic day!! I am a bit sore from exercising, but I feel good. I hope I can sleep tonight….I am in need of a really good night’s sleep.
PROUD OF MYSELF FOR GETTING OUT THERE AND WALKING IN THE FREEZING COLD WEATHER. I like brisk and cold walks…I love the fresh air.
